Primordial Jungles
Primordial jungles are a fictionalized version of a jungle that envisions an ancient wilderness full of massive flora and fauna from a previous age. Primordial jungles are home to dinosaurs, giant insects, giant snakes, carnivorous plants, and other colossal beasts and dangers. Tar pits, quicksand, vines, uncharted rivers, and boneyards are often present. Primordial jungles are typically found in hollow planet cores, mysterious islands, hidden valleys, or as regular occurrences in fictional worlds set in a prehistoric era.

Overview
Fictional primordial jungles are often depicted as a vibrant tapestry of color and sound. Megafauna and megaflora exist everywhere in these locations, and the ecosystem (especially predator/prey dynamics) should be considered. This may be an opportunity to insert both fictional creatures and fictional plants.
