Piranha pools are areas of a river, lake, or other body of water where meat-eating fish live and hunt. They may be found in uncharted rivers. In game worlds they may act as terrain hazard. There may be clues of what lurks in the depths in the form of skeletons near the shore or boneyards half-submerged in the depths.
