Reflecting pools are still pools of water often found in temples, on holy islands, or by memorials. They may have bridges, statues, and pavilions nearby. Reflecting pools may be fed by waterfall. They may be deeper than they first appear and may hide submerged ruins, leviathans, or underwater elements within their depths.

Reflecting pools may show images that are not true reflections. They may show visions, distorted truths, or be portals to another realm.
