Mine Cart Tracks

Mine Cart Tracks

ELEMENT

Mine cart tracks are a means of transport as well as a location to explore. They can be found in mines, caves, hills, mountains, and other regions. Fictional mine carts are often used in narrative-driven worlds and game-oriented worlds as a means of travel, an exciting combat location, or an escape route. Often they are designed more like rollercoasters. They may be built on a network of scaffolding, contain precarious bridges and sections of track may be missing or damaged. They may be entirely subterranean, or weave both under- and aboveground. They may have tunnels, traverse fantastic cavern sections, or run along the edges of deep chasms. They may pass beneath waterfalls or magmafalls. Multiple tracks may converge or split from one another with railway switches determining the path the cart will take.

Synonyms: mine cart routes
