Barbershops

Barbershops

Barbershops (synonyms: hair salon, beauty parlor, tonsorium; example toponyms: Joe’s, Deep Cuts) are locations where hair can be cut, groomed, and styled. Hair styling is a cultural universal, and barbershops are often centers of the community. These may be places where gossip, stories, and information are exchanged. In game-oriented worlds, they are often locations where player characters can alter their appearance. Barbershops are home to stylists, hair cutters, and facial hair aficionados.
