Dark Corridors

Dark Corridors

Dark corridors are pathways, hallways, alleyways, tunnels, or other areas shrouded in darkness. They are a frequent element of horror worlds and are often used by worldbuilders to heighten tension or unease. Often there may be something lurking just beyond the reach of the light and in narrative worlds characters may need to brave the unknown and explore these spaces or traverse through them. They may contain flickering lights. Dark corridors are home to monsters, serial killers, and friends playing pranks.
