A vendor needs wares is a common quest or job in many different types of game-oriented worlds. Typically, a shop vendor or store owner is in need of a specific item or type of item. This may be a single occurrence or may be a standing request with the vendor always willing to purchase this type of good or ware from a character. The vendor may provide information on where the item can be found, or how best to acquire it. These types of quests can often be found in shops, markets, or on bulletin boards.
